We offer an breakdown call service for both existing and new customers.

If you are not a customer of ours, that's not a problem at all. It makes no difference who installed the system, regardless of the make, model or the original installation company we can solve the problem.


When calling us you will speak directly to a support coordinator, simply explain your problem and they will do the rest. Our support coordinator will take details from you such as your name, contact, address and then ask some details about the system.
Once the support coordinator has taken your details, they will arrange the appointment for you. Breakdown call are all responded to within a maximum period of 2 days from logging your call. Our average attendance time is around 1 day from receiving your call but may sometimes vary according to your location.
The engineer will attend promptly and then they will look into the nature of the fault or problem. Our engineer carry a wide range of spare parts, allowing them to successfully repair most faults whilst they are on site. Should a more serious fault be found, the engineer may arrange a visit to repair the problem the next day later and leaving the system decommissioned for use.
The Breakdown Call Service charge is starts from RM180.00. Our price is very competitive and its charged at a fixed hourly rate.
